HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Ordering online or via the telephone is safe, secure and simple to complete, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch and all debit cards. We authorise all credit card orders securely with secure Paypoint Barclays Merchant Checkout Express with full online secure PCI compliance. An email will be sent to you detailing your order reference number on completion of payment. All our prices include VAT and the shipping costs, with no extras to add when purchasing. PURCHASE ORDERS
We gladly accept local authority or parish council, cricket club and charity, corporate purchase orders by fax, post or via email attachment. They must contain the full purchase order number and invoicing authority, plus a valid telephone number. If unsure or you need to speak to someone regarding placing a purchase order, please call us for more information.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
We wish to be your sports equipment retailer. We will promise to beat any genuine price by 5%. This is providing the item is advertied as such, includes VAT and mainland delivery, and is a stocked item. Our price guarantee means you receive only the very possible value on that item, ensuring price, product and service are always the best avaiable on the market.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days. It is often the case that cricket nets and poles will arrive on seperate days or times. Items such as cricket nets and cricket matting are not bundled together and will arrive in a series of delivery dates until complete. If the goods you order are “out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we are unable to dispatch the item within 10 working days we will contact you.

DELIVERY AREA
All items include VAT and shipping provided the delivery address is within the mainland UK only. We are unable to ship goods overseas or to Northern Ireland, Rep of Ireland, I.O.M and Channel islands or the Scottish Highland regions without prior arrangements.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days for a full refund of your purchase. Charges may apply if the goods returned are not suitable for resale or have been used in any way, shape or form. Colours and item graphics can often be subject to change without notice.
