HOW TO PLACE A TELEPHONE OR ONLINE ORDER
Ordering online is safe, secure and simple to complete, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch and all debit cards. We authorise all credit card orders securely with PCI compliance. An email will be sent to you detailing your order reference number on completion of payment. All our prices include VAT and the shipping costs, with no extras to add when purchasing. Cricket NETS and cricket POLES DELIVERIES will often arrive on seperate days and not at the same time. Usually the netting arrives 2-3 days before the poles.

ORDER TRACKING OR DAMAGES
For order tracking or late, missing or damaged goods please send all enquiries directly by email to: email@fitness-sports.co.uk always quoting your order number or date and name on the order along with your return email address or telephone.

PURCHASE ORDERS AND CHECK PAYMENTS
We gladly accept Local Authority, Parish, Reg Charity & Education Authority purchase orders with Check payments directly by post, (checks made payable to SCi Ltd). All goods remain the property of SCi Ltd until full payment received. We can arrange invoices to be issued prior to payment if required.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days. It is often the case that cricket nets and poles will arrive on seperate days or times. Items such as cricket nets and cricket matting are not bundled together and will arrive in a series of delivery dates until complete. If the goods you order are “out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we are unable to dispatch the item within 10 working days we will contact you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.

DELIVERY AREA
All items include VAT and shipping provided the delivery address is within the mainland UK only. We are able to ship goods overseas or to Northern Ireland, Rep of Ireland, I.O.M and Channel islands or the Scottish Highland regions by arrangement subject to any additional postage costs.
